How do I get in shape for the summer?

There really is no magical solution to getting fit and looking great. Watch your calories, no soda, no sweats, no white bread, watch the starches and complex carbohydrates. Be sure to drink at least 6~8 glasses of water and get an hour of exercise every day.

The best approach to fitness and looking great in a bathing suit is a combination of healthy diet and exercise. You should make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables and avoid anything really junky (you don't need to count calories or anything if you're eating lots of greens). And get 60 minutes of exercise per day.
