In order to get fingernail polish out of a suede couch, try to gently scrape it onto a paper towel. Avoid spreading the polish around. Then wash with soapy water. If it has hardened, try using a gum eraser or gently sanding or scraping.

First take off as much as you can "carefully" by blotting with a clean cloth (if the polish is still wet). Take a bucket with warm water and your dish soap, suds it up a bunch and using your kitchen sponge start blotting the couch with the soap foam. Dry it with a clean cloth and repeat.

I would try just a dab of non-acetone fingernail polish remover. Just test it out in a small area, it won't make the couch look worse than it does with the fingernail polish.

Well being that the only thin that really remove nail polish is acetone or similar solvent that is you only option. However this will more than likely ruin the suede.

Try using peroxide - this will not damage the suede. Pour a little bit of peroxide on and gently scrub with a small brush. Repeat this step a few times - the polish will begin to disolve and then lift off of the fabric. Once the stain is gone dry the area with a hair dryer.
