Roll your desired amount of fondant into a ball. You can use vanilla extract, or any flavoring you'd like. Dot the flavoring in several spots on the ball of fondant and knead it in. You can also purchase colored or flavored fondant pre-mixed.

If you're making the fondant, add the flavoring when you add the liquid... if you're using marshmallow fondant, you could replace 1 tablespoon of the water with a flavor of extract vanilla, almond or coconut all taste good. Clear vanilla, almond or coconut all taste good. You can also get candy flavoring oils. and If you add a regular extract to your fondant.
