The tools you will need are Screwdriver, hammer, utility knife, zipper tool, flat pry bar, tin snips, pliers, paint scraper, putty knife, taping blades, sanding block, chisel. It can take up to 2 hours to repair the system, but that's average. You will need to have some caulk handy and have a tool to loosen the chain on the window.

In the vertical window we can fix the spring balance with a nylon string that attaches near the window. while painting and it will be difficult to remove the nets provision.. So having the string it will make the work easy to lift up and down. if the chain is broken it can be replaced in an hour.
