Use a garbage disposal cleaner; they are sold in most grocery stores near other household cleaners. Or use just baking soda and vinegar. Pour a few tablespoons of baking soda down the disposal and then pour some vinegar on it. It will smell like vinegar afterward. Also, make sure to run the disposal regularly to clear out food particles.

The best way to clean the smell from a garbage disposal is to run a lot of hot water through it to get rid of the garbage. Then you need to let it soak with hot bleach water overnight. Then spoon some baking soda to absorb the odors.
