This is a simple fix, remove the old tub spout and find a suitable replacement. Some tub spouts screw off and some clamp on you need to verify which one.

one solution named 'M-SEAL' contain two clay like solution, mix the solution properly and put it in place where it is broken... it will fix as a stone...

close inlet supply to tub. remove old spout carefully. put washer and plastic ring. instal spring and new handle, check the pressure.
