How do I evict my son?

If he is an adult, you can ask the police talk to him. If he won't leave, you must go to the Sheriff for an order to evict.

Unless you have a legal agreement with your son, or he's a paying tenant, you can't evict him. If you want him out, and he won't leave, you need to call the police- this in nature of a domestic dispute, not a landlord-tenant issue. If he's a paying tenant file a demand for rent, notice to quit, and eviction notice.

You may need to consult a lawyer to see how you can get him out of the house. The lawyer would know what to do.
