Drill about an 1/8th inch pilot hole above the key slot. Once the pilot hole is drilled, re-drill the hole with a larger bit, preferrabally a 1/4 bit. Once completed with the quarter bit hole, use something flat, such as a flathead screwdriver, to turn the lock.
