You need to go to the police and see if they can help you out. Don't answer your cell phone when he calls, and save the messeges from him. So you will have evidence of it.

Make sure that you don't delete any text messages or voicemails. You can also buy a cheap recorder and record a conversation in which you tell them that they are being recorded and you want them to stop calling. If they don't you can press harassing communications on them.
