You need to have done cheerleading in college. Make sure you had the proper training and get some recommendations from your coaches. The Dallas Cowbiy's have tryouts for their cheerleading squad; make sure you are signed up with them so you will be notified when they're holding the next one.

They hold auditions for available slots every year. You will need to have cheerleading experience, be a good dancer and have some background in gymnastics. Check their website.

Your best chances for becoming a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader lie within exercising and getting a very tight, in-shape body; being very good at gymnastics; and applying to the school and trying out for the team.

The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders hold tryouts each year for new members, but there aren't many new openings, as most of the women are returnees. That being said, you should have some sort of modelling background, and perhaps also a cheerleading or gymnastics background as well. In addition, an outgoing personality.
