An eighteen year old who works or attends school can fill out an application and register for an open audition which is held each spring. Make sure to attend prep classes to be prepared for your audition. Look pretty, be in shape and confident and your on your way!

You need to have done cheerleading in college. Make sure you had the proper training and get some recommendations from your coaches. The Dallas Cowbiy's have tryouts for their cheerleading squad; make sure you are signed up with them so you will be notified when they're holding the next one.
