You will not be able to back a car that is put in park. Park is designed to keep the vehicle stationary.

If you are asking how move a car backwards in park then it isn't possible under it's own power. When a car is in part a gear in the transmission lock the drive wheels into place to keep it from moving. So you would have to use something like a car dolly to pick up the drive wheels.

If your car is in park, you can't move it at all let alone back it. If you want the proper procedure for parallel parking, it really is simple and easily learned- Ehow and many DMV sites have instructions and diagrams, I suggest you learn it, you'll feel very competent!

To back a car in park requires a double digit IQ at the most. Anything higher and you will realize that you are an idiot for asking such a question.
