first load up your lawn mower in your car or truck safely, then take it to the nearest sears and ask for the lawn mower specialist who will most pisitively no wat to do

there is a little metal screw on the carb that does that ,turning it in starves the carb turning it out floods it

There is a spring on the governer of the mower. By replacing it with a shorter or longer spring you can increase or decrease the rev of the mower.
