The trim is held on with clips. Pull up carefully and pop it off. Some trim is bolted so look behind the bumper to see if it is bolted or not.

Are you willing to craw? You have to unscrew those bolts beneath the bumper. It is located and attached to the chassis frame and carefully with those plastic clips too.

The trim on the F150 is held on by plastic clips. The best way to remove them is from the back and push them through. Using a hair dryer to heat them up will keep them from breaking.

Well how do do do fonefiftuty trim removal, ask a reasonable question that someone can actually answer. The trim is usually either glued or has snap clips that hold the trim in place. Takes specialty tolls to work with this.

I think attaches Ford F150 directly to the factory front bumper using factory holes and hardware. Ford F150 require removal of the factory lower bumper valance.
