It varies depending on the type of ligation you had. For example, were the tubes cut and burned, or tied? A tied ligation is far more likely to fail.

Five to ten percent of women whom get a tubal ligation at the time of c-section will again achieve pregnancy, if done different time the chance is less

It is extremely rare; the tubes would have to heal back together, which would usually mean that the doctor who did it made a mistake.

very rare only like a. 01 percent chance or something like that but if someone does there is a greater risk or etopic pregnancy.
