Hold the rabbit on his back and look between the rear legs near the tail. There are two holes there: the closest to the tail is the anus and the closest to the belly is the genitals, with testicles or penis in a boy and a slit in a girl.

If you place one finger on each side of the genitals and apply a little pressure you will expose the male or female parts. You can wait until a rabbit is a little older, a female will develop a dewlap under the neck. Males don't have this extra fur.
