Since mattresses soak up liquid and there is no way to clean the inside completely then I would suggest cleaning it as best you can with an enzyme cleaner then spraying it with an odor eliminating spray and putting it outside to air out. Sunshine and fresh air will get odor out better than anything.

This is extremely difficult but possible depending on the amount of urine and how "set" it is. Use a ten to one ratio of water to bleach as a preliminary wash. Then you need a very powerfull wet/dry vacuum to get the solution out. Dry in direct sunlight, repeat until clean.

Yes, you can. This is very easy actually. Just take some boiling hot water and soak the area of the mattress. Then I would take some cleaning products and add to the spot. I would soak up to 3 hours and really let the cleaning products get to the stain.

Use Kleenex to soak out the urine and then dry the mattress in the sun but if you live in a place where you do not get enough sun try asking a vet or pet store about animal urine smell neutralizer it works well for human urine too.
