Get your upper body stronger, by doing a number of workouts which will do this (bench press, military press, shoulder press, pushups, etc. ).

Concentrate on your biceps and triceps then the upper body. Hand Bells, Dumb Bells, Press-ups, Planks, crunches are a good start. Target your weight lifts especially the dumbbells to be five pound over your weight. For instance, if you are 140lbs, target lifting 145lbs dumb bells.
