In order to train your vocal pitch, you should buy a book with all major and minor scales. Once you've done that, you should play the scale on any instrument(guitar for ex. ) then sing it. Then get a book that has some easy songs which you can practice (Music for Sight Singing for ex. )and here you have your perfect pitch.

Training you vocal pitch can be easy to some pepole. Work on breathing and posture, jaw placement, breath control and some other aspects will help.

You can use a piano keyboard to help you match pitch. If you are not sure you are able to match pitch, get an electronic tuner with a microphone.
