Try to scare them away from your window area by hanging windchimes from tree or house. There are repellents, such as Shotgun Repels All, and inflatables made for that purpose.

Depending on the manner of birds you are hearing, the answer could be as simple as putting one's trash out the morning of collection or placing a feeder elsewhere

Place a statue or gazing ball near the window that will scare away the birds. A small flag or something with movement works too.

The simplest way is you have to lock your window or you may change its nest to the outer side that it may not disturb you.
