What do you mean? If you are trying to make it arrive sooner, an orgasm could "jump start" the uterine contractions, but this only works if it is almost ready to start (within a few hours). To make it end faster, there's not much you can do.

If you take a birth control pill, stopping the white pills a day or two early can start your period earlier.

There is no way at all to make it go quicker. Does not speed it but delay it. The intensity will be lessoned during exercise. You can make love with your man while having your period

yes, it is possible to speed up the period. one can eat unripe papaya, to drink beer or eat gosh of goat or chicken.

There is no way to really speed up a period, but birth control pills will make your period more regular.
