You could try getting on her website and joining her fan club to see if they are giving away concert tickets or backstage passes to meet her or you could try entering radio station contests for backstage passes.

Try joining her fan club online. I'm sure she has some types of contests, and if by chance she doesn't, the Disney company may be able to provide some information. Your chances of meeting Hannah Montana are very slim. Sorry. She has tight security and there are no good ways to meet her. Do a google search on contests.

To meet Hannah Montana is to visit one of her concerts. At end of the concert, if you are still willing you will be able to get in a line and meet her. You will be able to take a piture, shake her hand, and even exchange a few words.
