How can I legally move out of my father's house if I am not emancipated?

I am 17 years old.

Even if you are not emancipated and your life is in danger you can ask to plead your case before a judge. You can get in touch with any child advocate group and they can get you an attorney to get a hearing. You can also ask relative to plead on your behalf. It help if you have stable housing

In most states, no. Most 17 year olds are still in high school and can't support theirself. In any state you have to be at least 18 years old to be an adult and on your own.
