Be Friendly with your child,speak with your child freely during your leisure time and know the likes & dislikes of him, Tell your child about the things that can happen when he crosses his boundary and limits

Enforce the boundaries and limits. Imagine the boundaries and limits as a fence. Your child needs an enforcement, like a leash or shock collar, to not go past the limit.

You should show that limits and boundaries are there for the child's own good. Explain examples that are specific to each situation that could help the child to understand why they should or should not do something. Most children are just testing authority and behave better after understanding.

The best thing you can do is constantly be consistant with the decisions that you make for your child. If you say it, do it, and follow through until the end.
