When a dog wakes up usually has to do with when it has to go to the washroom. Take your dog out as late as you can to go pee and it will avoid an early wake up.

Don't let your dog play in the bed. When it's time for bed, turn the light off and snuggle in. That way your dog knows it's bedtime. If your dog wakes up and tries to bother you just ignore it. After a while your dog will learn to sleep in longer.

when ever your dog wakes up early there might be a health problem. better consult with a veterinary doctor. you can also set an alarm according to your time and make the dog get up according to that time.
