Insert the screwdriver at the top of the door between the window frame and the door sill. Pry the door away and use a unfolded coat hanger or stick to push the unlock button. If it has manual locks you can either form the coat hanger in a hook to pull up on the lock post or door handle.

Probably the most common approach is to extract the locking mechanism of the car's trunk from the car itself. Upon doing that, then the screwdriver can simply be inserted into the newly-exposed hole in the trunk, and then turned, opening the trunk, enabling further entry into the car.

You can pry between the passenger window and the frame and then insert a piece of an bent coat hanger to grasp and manipulate the door unlock lever. This will require patience and persistence.

You would have to stick the screwdriver into the window insulation at the place were the manual lock can be pulled up. Once the screwdriver is inserted, turn the screwdriver slightly and lift. This should open the door.
