You can run a new wire from the outlet to the breaker box, but short of that your only option is to buy a "GFCI" outlet. The GFCI outlet will trip if there is a ground fault. This is a much cheaper option to upgrade an older house.

There is more to this than just adding a new outlet. The ground wire, a solid copper wire must run from each outlet to a ground, a buried steel or copper pipe or a grounding rod. Generally all new wiring is the best method, but the much damage to the wall is required. This is a professional job.

Two-wire service must be replaced with three-wire to ground it. The third (ground) wire must be grounded at the fuse or breaker box, and to each outlet, switch or appliance.
