To get scholarship money, go talk to your college's financial aid department. They will know what you qualify for. You also first need to fill out your FAFSA, which you can do online, which will help you get some scholarship money. This will also be needed in determining your eligibility for other scholarships.

Contact the schools you want to attend, then ask for scholarships to that school. Then, most importantly, you will have to work to apply to as many scholarships as you can. Also contact your religious organization, any clubs you are a member of, and ask them for scholarships offered to young people within the group.

The best way you can go about getting scholarships is by talking to your school counselor. They can direct you to the right places and tell what you'll need to know. You can also try looking it up online, many scholarships are available for a variety of reasons, and usually fairly simple to obtain.
