You can't. Just don't make it worse. All you have to do is take a nice cold shower and apply heat rash powder so that you don't itch too much. It will be go away in time.

if u want to get rid of heat rash,apply raw potatoes to ur skin or just simply apply sunscreen lotion with spf-60 before leaving the house.
