Most likely the fuse for the power windows is no good. Try to replace the fuse for the power windows. If that doesnt work, check the window switches. New switches can be purchased from the factory. Fuses from an auto shop. Lastly bring it to the dealer.

First, check the fuse under the dash and make sure it's not blown. Otherwise, there are two usual culprits when your power windows fail- either a broken switch or a fauly window motor. Start by checking the switch's connections, and use a multimeter to test function. If the switch is ok, then it's most likely the motor.

The first thing to check is the fuse. Look at it and make sure it is not blow. Next remove the switch, clean the contact if possible, and test it with a multimeter. Then testy the motor by attaching a 9 volt battery to it and checking to make sure that it moves in both directions.

Power windows consist of several pieces, any of which could cause the system to fail. First, power goes from the battery to the fuse/circuit breaker. From there, it goes through the door jambs (potential pinch points) and too the door switch(es) and on to the individual motors and then they ground out. Newer models have a computer after the fuse. Check any of these points as they could be the potential source of the failure.
