My mother-in-law moved to assisted living and gave us this dishwasher, but there is no manual.

If you do not have or lost your manual for your dishwasher you can contact the manufacturer for a copy at a nominal price.

To find the manual for your dishwasher go to the Sears web site and go to Parts and Services. Click on the link titled "Find a Manual".

I first would contact Kennmore customer service. If they are not able to assist you then I would search the internet for one. I know and sometimes have owner's manuals for sale.
