The best way to do this is to apply for the job online, but if you don't live too far from Universal Studios, you can apply in person.

In my experience the best way is to go there personally and tell them how much you like their films, specific directors, genres etc... be prepared for exact answers. Dress up, neat appearance helps a lot. Flatter your future bosses, their looks, ask for a date, be creative, this is hollywood.
