It's only blowing cold air, and the button is stuck.

Because the price of a hair dryer is reasonable you should simply discard the unit and purchase a new one. It is never a good idea to attempt a repair on an electrical device constantly used near a water source.

Hair dryers are not very expensive and if you don't know what you're doing you could end up hurt or dead. If it can't be repaired cheaply, toss it.
