Well I would say that the easiest place to find someone like that is to search on the internet. Look for someone who specializing in old helmet restoration. The should be able to help yo or direct you to someone who can.
In my opinion you need to look for some one who does a can interior design in the local pages or car & bike magazine,car restoration garages or call an information directory.
