One of the most common ways to find and exhaust leak is to look towards the exhaust and you can find a dark color line around the bottom of the exhaust. This is a major indication of a leak and you will need to replace as needed or repair the exhaust.

Pay very close attention to the exhaust chamber and piping. Leave the bike running in one spot for a length of time. Liquidated fumes will usually drip.
