How can I eliminate slugs in my basement?

Get rid of any you see there now, then sprinkle salt all around the perimeter of the basement and over the floor. Leave it that way for a few days, then sweep up the excess salt. Keep a line of salt sprinkled all around the perimeter of the basement.

Lay some salt around the windows and in the basement. Slugs die when they are exposed to salt. It's actually pretty gross. Make a perimeter around your house I'm sure the slugs will stay away, or at least die before they get in.

There is a special spray for those kinds of stuff. First get everything out if the basement,a clean it with water. After that shut every possible whole in the wall.Then you put some of that spray or other stuff that will kill those things.

It might be an old wives tale, but salt really does kill slugs. Try putting salt down where you think the slugs are coming in and they should be dried up before they make it inside.
