Any program executable that you add to the Startup folder will run when XP starts up. To find the Startup folder, click the Start button, and then select All Programs.

If you have a look in the Start Menu, under 'All Programs' you will see a folder called 'Startup'. All you need to do to launch a program on start-up is to place a shortcut to the program in this folder.

Simply put a link to the program into the folder "startup" which you can find when you click start and open "All Programs". You might find other programs already listed there but not all that are run at startup since there is a plethera of other ways to achieve this.
