Specials of the day are always first. Specials includes items that are fast approaching a discard date, and are usually salad, seafood or poultry dishes. Next are new entrees the kitchen has prepared, followed by it's main menu of regular meals, like pasta or sandwich meals. There are also appetizers, light, calorie sensitive meals, followed by desserts and drink specials.

Food items were categorized in a menu. This makes the customers easily find what they want to order. For example they were looking for drinks only or vice versa.
