Taco flavored Doritos can still be found in grocery stores, but it depends on the store. There are also "Late Night" Doritos that are available in "taco" flavor.

I think it depends on where you are located. I know that currently in the Midwest, a combination flavor of Taco and Sour cream flavors are available in a single bag. This type is one of Doritos' stronger flavors, but I'm not sure if they still have the regular taco flavor by itself.
