It is often connected near the compressor unit for the A/C. You can often follow the power wires that control the clutch on the compressor and it will lead you to the wiring harness and you can disconnect it or perform test to see if it is operational. The harness is often white and unclips.
A few options for you here. You can go to a local dealer and order one, which is the most expensive option, or you can go to a junkyard and look for an old paseo and pay to take it out of the car at a u-pull-it location.
