For a medical heart attack, what is the typical enzyme count?

There is no such thing as a 'typical enzyme count'. Enzymes that are elevated after a heart attack include creatinine kinase-mb, aspartate-transaminase, lactate-dehydrogenase. However, their presence are non-specific to heart attack (that is, elevation does not equate to a heart attack)nd peaks at the different times after an attack.

Cardiac troponin count is examined to see whether there is an immediare risk of heart attack. The enzyme count could be calculated in the activity per hour in terms of enzyme kinetics

Enzyme is an enzyme, not typical.After a heart attack many enzymes are elevated but they are not specific for it and it also count in per hour.
