Absolutely. Generally, you will remember memories of your past life through your dreams. You can investigate further through meditation, and sometimes hypnosis.

Reincarnation does not allow for actual, high quality memories of a past life. Remembering events that could not have actually happened to you is a manifestation of something else, such as "memories" of something heard, seen on television, or something from childhood. These exist deeply embedded in memory.
