Does reflexology help for getting your period to start?

Reflexology is a fake science that it not recognized by any board of medicine as having any medicinal value whatsoever. Practitioners of reflexology have absolutely no qualifications. Therefore reflexology has no impact on your period. If you are issues with your cycle, see a doctor.

I don't believe that is true. I've been irregular my whole life with getting my periods late. Ever since I started reflexology where they rub the inside of your ankles I've started my period way much closer to my due date. Reflexology has changed my life!

Reflexology, while advocated by alternative 'health-care' providers, is nothing more than a non-proven science, which does no more to start your period than does a Chiropractic adjustment.

I believe in reflexology! I've been abnormal my whole life with my periods being super late. Ever since I started reflexology I am now getting my periods VERY close to my due date something on time. When you have the inside of your ankles rubbed it works! I believe! True!!
