De La Salle University, located in Manila, has a great graduate program. Its Masters program in Health Sciences is pretty well known in Manila and is actually only 14 months.

Recognized by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education (CHED), De La Salle offers a master's degree program in economics and both master's and doctorate level programs in in business, computer science, education, engineering, liberal arts, and science. In many cases they have thesis and non-thesis options, and several of their programs also offer certificates or continuing education opportunities.

They have a large selection of Graduate programs to choose from. The University offers Masters Degree programs in 7 major areas.
