There isn't any physical data to say so. But it has been proven that being relaxed and unstressed promotes fertility. If Epsom salt baths do this for you, then yes.

There is no scientific data that contends that Epsom salt will aid in you getting pregnant, if anything taking an overly hot bath can hinder you in becoming pregnant. To increase your chances of pregnancy look into the book Taking Charge of your Fertility and learn how to chart your temperatures.
