Yes it does. What's in the contract is what the bride will bring to the marriage, what the groom will bring to the marriage, and what will happen in the case of a divorce.

Yes, and the contract is called a mahr. It states that the bride and groom must be chaste Muslims before marriage, not related to one another and have not been previously married to anyone else.

yes, in contract it is written that if husband divorces the wife she will keep the money mentioned in contract.The amount of money is decided between both the parties.Then only wedding ceremony starts.
