There is absolutely no truth at all to the 2012 predictions. They are based on misinterpretation of ancient Mayan calendars, with a lot of new-age silliness added. There have been dozens of predictions like this before, and we are still here.

No, it is not true. The end of the world will come when everyone least expects it, therefore when people are expecting it to be 2012, it will not happen then
