It is possible to get good deals, but it might require some searching. Bear in mind that some things in the 99 cent store are actually worth less than 99 cents, for instance, paper clips and candy. Hence, do look around and try to remember what each item is worth more than a dollar before you purchase them.

Absolutely! The 99 cent store is where I get most of my kitchen cleaning products. The 99 cent store is a vital part of my shopping experience!

Sometimes you can but you have to really know your prices. I have got stuck before over this. Buying in bulk is the way to save money on stuff usually.

You get what you pay for. But that might be good enough for what you need at the moment. I've gotten snacks there that were just fine.
