I don't - If I have info that I might need later I will usually just save it as a text file, or e-mail it to myself (web-based). My mom, however does have post-its and business cards all over hers. It doesn't usually bother me when I'm there, unless she has covered the screen itself or the power switch.

I do not have post it notes all around my monitor. I am Obsessive Compulsive and things must look brand new and my computer space needs to be well organized. Post it notes could leave marks on the monitor bezel that make it look worn. I use virtual post it notes to remind myself of important items.

I have three post it notes on my monitor. However, I also five pieces of paper taped to it - these are tables that I have printed from excel and then cut as small as possible and taped around the sides of my monitor. I think they count as home-made post its!

Yes. I have reminders to turn on my online reminders, a username that I don't use very often, the effective date of some data I use a lot, and instructions for making a map starting from Mapquest. Sometimes I also have a yellow sticky ON my screen to remind me of something I need to do today.
