Webworm moths does not sting or cause any harm to humans except in for rare scenarios but they tend to be away from humans as far as they can.

No they do not. However, They do have stiff hairs which have a kind of poison on them that can hurt if touched

No. The moths are active at night. They are hairy and the hairs can cause swelling and irritation to human skin.

The fall webworm moth emerges from its cocoon in late spring and deposits white, "cottony" egg masses on the undersides of leaves. they do not sting
