Occassionally, spirit energies have been caught on film as very light blue, greyish, or off white circular objects. Though, these instances may simply be photo-optic phenomena unrelated to spirits.
That depends, was there anything else in the area at the time that could have caused the lights? Some people do believe spirits show as unusual light in pictures though.
